Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine
by the City Council will be enacted by one motion and one
vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 minutes
of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If
you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please
complete a speaker's card and give it to the Council.
MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the
ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances,
and approve other items.

for worker’s compensation administration services,
Claims Management Inc. (CMI) for the period of July
1, 2007, through June 30, 2008.

Recommendation:
Authorize staff to renew an agreement with Claims
Management Inc. (CMI) to continue to act as third-party
administrator for the City’s self-insured worker’s
compensation program for the period of July 1, 2007,
through June 30, 2008.

Public Service Easements at 31 and 41 Eaton Villa

Recommendation:
Accept, by motion, the dedication of public service
easements granted by the owners of 31 and 41 Eaton
Villa Place (APN 051-172-050 and APN 051-172-040,
respectively) and direct the City Clerk to record
deeds for these easements with the County of San
Mateo.

Annual Tax Levy for the Redwood Shores Traffic Improvement
District

Recommendation:
Adopt a resolution authorizing the levy of special
taxes for FY 2007/08 in the amount of $845,694.04
on the parcels within Redwood City Community Facilities
District 99-1 (Shores Traffic Improvement District)
to be used to pay the principal and interest payments
on bonds issued to finance certain transportation
system improvements within the district.

Benefit Assessments for FY 2007-2008 for the Seaport
Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District in the
amount of $212,500.00, and (3) Order the Levy of
Benefit Assessments for FY 2007-2008 for the Redwood
Shores Landscape Maintenance District 1995-1 in
the amount of $184,205.26.
