Redevelopment Project Area

The Redwood City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) was formed in 1982. Originally the Redevelopment Project Area included 346 acres, and it has now expanded to 1016 acres. The Redevelopment Project Area is divided into three sub areas: Downtown, Marina, and Seaport.
