Design Development Review Process

Typical Application Process
The first step for any applicant should be to contact the City to learn what kind of application and what submittals are necessary. This can be done either by calling (650) 780-7349 or 780-7231 or by visiting the Counter at City Hall. The Permit Technician will explain the process and the necessary forms to be completed. Listed below are the approximate review times for most permits. Actual review times may vary due to complexity of projects and resubmittals.
