Week One: Cake Decorating<br>Learn the fundamentals of individual cake decorating. Students will learn the basics of cake decorating such as stacking, tiering, icing and piping on individual little cakes. <br><br>Week Two: French Pastry Basics <br>KCA Chefs will coach kids through the basics of French Pasty dough; such as Pâté à Choux, Pâté Sucrée and Pâté Brisée and various fillings. Students will then prepare delectable French pastries such as Cream Puffs, Éclairs, Fruit Tarts and Berry Sables! Plate painting and presentation included. <br><br>Week Three: Chocolate<br>This is the week the kids can get creative while learning some decadent history and science! Kids will learn to make a variety of truffles and tuxedo dipped berries! While learning the history and lore of this strange ingredient we all love. The study of Ancient people and Geography included. <br><br>Week Four: The Operetta! <br>Students will take their newly honed skills and work in teams to prepare a variety of sweet petit fours to take home and showoff!
