Develop fundamental painting skills while focusing on composition, process, light and shadow, shape and form, and materials and techniques. Work from still life and dimensional images and learn to create texture with acrylic paints and brushes. We’ll also study how different artists approach their work. This class includes handouts, demonstrations, discussions, and one-on-one instruction. All levels are welcome. Lab fee: $30 is payable at 1st class. Materials and supply list will be handed out at first meeting.
