 Why walk for FREE parking? With our validation program FREE parking is available right in the heart of Downtown for patrons of the Century 20 Theatre in Downtown Redwood City.
What parking areas have FREE validated parking?

 What do I have to do to get validated?
When you pull in to the three areas above, you will be issued a paper ticket that is about the size of a credit card. Keep this ticket with you! When you visit Century 20 Theatres, present your ticket to them and they will validate it. Now you're validated!
How much FREE parking will I get with my validation?
Guests of Century Theatres recieve 4 hours of FREE parking at all three of the facilities listed above. If you go to the movies be sure to park at one of these three parking areas and get your validation!
If you visit other participating businesses, you will recieve 1.5 hours of free parking in the three validated facilities listed above.
Do I have to get validated to get free parking?
The first hour and a half are free in these three parking facilities. During nights and weekends free parking is also available without a validation in some areas. Click here to learn more.
How do I use the "Pay-on-Foot" equipment in the Special Validation Parking Areas?
The Marshall Garage, Jefferson Garage, and Middlefield Road Parking Lot are all operated by automated “Pay-on-Foot” equipment. This is very easy to use equipment which has many benefits, such as:
- No more tickets! Parkers don't have to worry about expiring meters because they don’t pay until they leave.
- FREE parking! This equipment allows us to offer validations for FREE parking. Meters can't do that.
- More ways to pay! These machines allow parkers to pay with coins, bills, or credit cards. No need for a pocket full of quarters!
Here’s how to use them:
- Pull up to the gate and press the button to get an entry ticket.
- Park (don’t forget to take your entry ticket with you!).
- Shop, eat, and have a great time! (and get your entry ticket by Century 20 Theatre to receive your free parking).
- Return to the garage and pay at the machine.
- Return to your car, drive up to the exit gate, and insert your ticket.
- Go!
