Volunteer! Library Services - various days
Volunteer at the Redwood City Library! There are lots of short-term and one-time projects you can do, as a way to give back to your community and your library.For example: help with preparing for tutor trainings and special events, making decorations for volunteer BBQ, Trivia BEE, and numerous other events during the year. Or you might be interested in playground supervision for "Kids in Partnership" days, help with story hour treats, coordinate craft preparation, "shelf reading" (ensuring books on the shelves are in the correct order), cleaning children’s book covers, and checking for ripped or damaged pages. The library can also use IT computer help—cleaning computers, doing basic entry work; or something like helping with filing in the library office.
