885 Woodside Road - Proposed Condominium Project

This proposed project is for a four and five-story 43-unit condominium building at 885 Woodside Road. Thirty-eight units will occupy floors two to four and five units will occupy the fifth story nearest Woodside Road. It will be designed with natural colors and materials, and includes 92 parking stalls and bicycle storage within both at-grade parking and in an underground parking garage.

Open space amenities proposed include outdoor decks, patios, rooftop garden, and fitness center.

This proposal is scheduled to go before the City Council on November 19, 2007 for consideration of adoption of the proposed Zoning Map Amendment and revised Precise Plan.
