"The Preserve at Redwood Shores" (Area H) Development Proposal  

The project encompasses two vacant parcels totalling approximately 114.5 acres and includes 144 to 158 residential townhomes, a 400 to 450-student elementary school, a 3.5-acre neighborhood park, and approximately 90+ acres of restored wetlands including levees and public access trails.

Construction is now underway on this development. Please see the letter from the developer to neighbors, which includes an estimated construction schedule and other information related to the construction.

The initial grading work is being done by Top Grade Construction. That company's project manager can be reached at 925-570-1885, and the project engineer at 650-642-0203.
