Redwood Baptist Church - School Proposal
Project Description:
Redwood City is reviewing an application for a Use Permit to allow Redwood Baptist Church to expand their operations to include Woodside Hills Christian Academy, a kindergarten through 12th grade school, at 2323/2325 Euclid Avenue.
As part of the review process, a Community Workshop was held on November 29, 2007, to provide information about the project, explain the City’s review process, and to gain feedback from neighbors, the church, and the community at-large (see notes from this meeting).
Next Steps :
- Traffic Study: A traffic study is underway to evaluate the impacts of the project on existing traffic and circulation conditions in the neighborhood. The study should be completed in early 2008.
- Community Workshop: The City is committed to working with the community to address questions and concerns that are raised.
A second Community Workshop will be held in early 2008 after the traffic study is completed.
- Public Hearing:A public hearing is anticipated for March 2008, for the review of the project by the City's Zoning Administrator.
