Costco Warehouse Expansion and Gas Station Proposal
In 2005, Costco submitted an application to Redwood City to demolish their existing building on Middlefield Road and replace it with a new, larger Costco retail warehouse building in the back corner of their existing property. Their proposal includes a new Costco gas station with 16 vehicle fueling positions.
