Proposed Property Development Project in Redwood City
Project Description
The proposed Laurel Way development project consists of 18 single-family homes on 18 undeveloped lots on Laurel Way, a cul-de-sac located on a hillside in western Redwood City. The lot sizes range from 8,900 to 11,000 square feet. There are 19 undeveloped lots in the project area. This project proposes that Lot 6 remain in open space.
This project is in the conceptual phase only. More details will be forthcoming from the developer as planning continues. An environmental impact report (EIR) will be prepared and the project will be evaluated in the coming months.
Future public hearings on the project are expected to take place in spring, 2008.
