Proposed Property Development Project in Redwood City
Redwood City has received a planning application to construct 18 single family homes on vacant lots within an existing residential subdivision on Laurel Way.
The City has determined that an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is necessary for this proposed project. As the first step, a Scoping Meeting has been scheduled by the Planning Commission to discuss any project issues that should be evaluated as part of the planning process (see the agenda and staff report here ).
At this meeting, interested members of the community can learn more about the project and provide verbal and written input regarding the proposed development. No decision on the project will be made at this meeting. The EIR will first have to be completed before any decisions are made on the project.
