Mornings
Mornings are always FREE in Downtown Redwood City! All parking is FREE until 10:00am, every day.
On-Street Parking
On-street parking outside of the "Core" is FREE after 6:00pm on weekdays and all day on weekends! Walk a little and save a lot!

Validations
 Why walk for FREE parking? With our validation program FREE parking is available right in the heart of Downtown at all times! Simply visit one our great shops, restaurants, or theaters and ask to be validated!

 What do I have to do to get validated?
When you pull in to the three areas above, you will be issued a paper ticket that is about the size of a credit card. Keep this ticket with you! When you visit a participating business, present your ticket to them and they will stamp it. Now you're validated!
How much FREE parking will I get with my validation?
Guests of Century Theatres recieve 4 hours of FREE parking at all three of the facilities listed above. If you go to the movies be sure to park at one of these 3 areas and get your validation!
If you visit other participating businesses, you will recieve 1 to 2 hours, depending on where you parked:

Which businesses will validate me?
Look for the "Validate and Save!" logo in your favorite storefront windows to see if the business participates. Finding a great place to eat or shop (and get a parking freebie) is a snap!

How do I use the "Pay-on-Foot" equipment in the Special Validation Parking Areas?
The Marshall Garage, Jefferson Garage, and Middlefield Road Parking Lot are all operated by automated “Pay-on-Foot” equipment. This is very easy to use equipment which has many benefits, such as:
- No more tickets! Parkers don't have to worry about expiring meters because they don’t pay until they leave.
- FREE parking! This equipment allows us to offer validations for FREE parking. Meters can't do that.
- More ways to pay! These machines allow parkers to pay with coins, bills, or credit cards. No need for a pocket full of quarters!
Here’s how to use them:
- Pull up to the gate and press the button to get an entry ticket.
- Park (don’t forget to take your entry ticket with you!).
- Shop, eat, and have a great time! (and get your entry ticket stamped by a merchant to receive your free parking).
- Return to the garage and pay at the machine.
- Return to your car, drive up to the exit gate, and insert your ticket.
- Go!
