Voter and Election Information

Voter Information

The City Clerk Department provides voter registration forms (available during office hours 8-5 Monday - Friday).

We can also assist you in locating your voting precinct as Election Day approaches.

Election Information

The City Clerk's Department is responsible for the administration of all municipal elections, by providing the following services:

  • Issue nomination papers to candidates
  • The City Clerk serves as Filing Officer for Campaign Statements and Statements of Economic Interests as required by the Political Reform Act and administered by the Fair Political Practices Commission [fppc.ca.gov] (Note: Copies of Campaign Statements and Statements of Economic Interests are available from the City Clerk Department at a cost of $.10 per page.)
  • Maintain history of past municipal elections
