Other services provided by the City Clerk
Document Management
The Office of the City Clerk is responsible for maintaining
the official records and for preserving the City's legislative
history, including keeping the official record of City Council
meetings.
These official records include the following documents from
the City Council and its various Agencies (Redevelopment Agency,
Board of Equalization, Public Finance Authority, and the Public
Facilities & Infrastructure Authority):
- Agendas
- Agenda Packets
- Minutes
- Resolutions
- Ordinances
- Minute Orders
- Agreements, Amendments, and Task Orders
- Deeds
Many of these documents are available complimentary online
via the Redwood City Document Archives. You may also call
the Office of the City Clerk at (650) 780-7220 to request
a copy of a document (available for pick-up at the cost of
$.75 for the first page and $.35 for each additional page)
or help with the Redwood
City Document Archives.
City Roster
The Redwood City Roster is updated yearly. It
includes information about City Council members, city departments,
city facilities, Council committees, Council appointed Boards,
Commissions, and Committees, Council appointed officers,

Municipal Code
The Office of the City Clerk is also responsible for maintenance
of the Redwood City Municipal Code. The Municipal Code is
updated quarterly. The Municipal Code is available for purchase
at the cost of $120.00.
Administrative support to:
