As part of the development of the Downtown Precise Plan, a Draft EIR has been prepared, to identify and address any potentially significant environmental impacts that may be associated with future implementation of the Draft Plan.

This plan has been under development for several years, with numerous workshops, public hearings, and community meetings. The City’s web page dedicated to the Downtown Precise Plan is located at www.redwoodcity.org/preciseplan.
