Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)

For the privilege of occupancy in any hotel in the City of Redwood City, each transient is subject to and shall pay a transient occupancy tax of 12% of the rent charged by the hotel operator. Please refer to the TOT Ordinance [lexisnexis.com] for detailed information.
