(APS)
Now, it's easier,
faster, and more convenient to make your Redwood City utility
bill payments. You can save time and money by using our Automatic
Payment Service (APS).
It's simple to set up.and
it's free!
With APS, the amount
of your monthly Redwood City utility bill is automatically deducted
from your bank account, or charged to your credit card. It's that
easy!
You save time and money:
Here's how it works:
Every two months, you
will receive a utility bill statement showing the date that the
bill will be paid by your bank or credit card company. You can review
your bill, and still have at least a week to call our office if
you have questions, or if you want to stop a payment.
When you're registered
for APS, you have control over your payment, even though you don't
even need to write a check.
To sign up, complete
the form on this brochure, for either an automatic debit (withdrawl)
to your account, or to charge to a credit card. Then, continue to
pay your utility bill as usual until you receive one which says,
"Automatic Payment - No Payment Required" (in approximately six-to-eight
weeks). After that, you're check- and worry-free!
