Mimimum age is 18. There is no cost for participants to take this course. Instruction provided by Fire Department staff and CERT Volunteers. All classes take place at Redwood City Fire Station 9, 755 Marshall St., Redwood City. During the CERT course, students will receive training in emergency preparedness, fire suppression, medical operations, light search and rescue, disaster psychology, team organization and terrorism. Upon full course completion students will receive a Certificate of Completion. Classes fill up fast, don’t miss this critical training!
