4. STUDY SESSION TO REVIEW BAYFRONT PLAN

Discussion of overall vision and land use policies for Redwood City’s Bayfront Area. Planning consultant will present a summary of proposed policies based on the previous community workshop, Planning Commission and City Council discussions.

Recommendation: Hear presentation and provide feedback to consultant. No decision on the plan is necessary at this time. The Planning Commission may take public testimony if it deems necessary.
