4. GENERAL PLAN UPDATE - STUDY SESSION

Discussion of General Plan update process, work program, and schedule.

Recommendation:
Review and comment on staff presentation. The study session is not a public hearing, but rather is for the purpose of obtaining feedback on the mechanics of updating the General
Plan.
