Agreement with the City of Belmont for the financing

the City Manager to satisfy the responsibilities outlined
in the agreement.

Project, to the lowest responsible bidder, O.C. Jones

low bid of $12,426,983.00. And authorize the City
Manager to execute Change Orders in the cumulative
total not to exceed 10% of the contract amount.

Recommendation:
1. Authorize the City Manager and the Redevelopment
Manager to execute a Construction and Reimbursement
Agreement (the Site Clearing Agreement) with BHV Innisfree
Ventures I, LLC, developers of the Downtown Retail-Cinema
project, for abatement and demolition of existing
buildings and coordination of utility relocations.
2. Appropriate $1.22M for the above from the $20M
loan from the City to the Agency which will be paid
back to the City from the Redevelopment Agency’s
bond as part of the Downtown Funding Plan.

Redwood City Recycled Water Project

Recommendation:
That the City Council formally approve a broadly-defined
recycled water project that delivers recycled water
for non-potable uses in a way that is both cost-effective
and respectful of the concerns expressed by City residents:
1. Adopt a resolution approving the Redwood City Recycled
Water Project and associated facilities
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE
REDWOOD CITY RECYCLED WATER PROJECT AND ASSOCIATED FACILITIES
2. By motion, cause the formation of a broad-based
community task force for the purpose of exploring other,
financially feasible approaches that may be able to
deliver recycled water to different types of sites in
different phases than presently envisioned.
