Recommendation
Accept by Minute Order the One Maple Street Subdivision, and release the bonds
following the submission of a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $210,000
(10% of the original bond), in accordance with the Improvement Agreement.

It is recommended that Council, by motion, agree to accept the final distribution
of the proceeds from the estate of Gene Robert Cress and use the funds to

for providing supplemental consulting design engineering services for the Ralston

amount not to exceed $48,000.

Recommendation
1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute
an Amendment to the Cooperative Service Agreement between
the City of Redwood City and the Department of Agriculture
Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife
Service (Redwood Shores Predator Management).
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute future similar
Amendments and Scopes of Service, providing the new
amendments and scopes of service do not exceed $60,000
annually, and that the Wildlife Service is performed
to the City’s satisfaction.

Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council approve a Resolution adopting
the trust agreement and Plan document to establish a 401 (a) Defined
Benefit Plan, including the appointment of the City Manager or his
designee as the Plan Administrator and the authorization of the Plan
Administrator to execute all documents relative to the administration
of this plan.
