THIS MEETING SHALL BE CONDUCTED AS A TELECONFERENCE MEETING. LOCALES SHALL BE: CITY HALL, HYATT REGENCY POIPU, 1571 POIPU ROAD, KOLOA, HAWAII, 96756 AND 455 SOUTH 200 EAST STREET, VICTOR, IDAHO, 83452

The Mayor has called for a Special Meeting of the City Council in accordance with Government Code Section 54956.

PLEASE TURN OFF ALL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT SUCH AS CELLULAR TELEPHONES AND PAGERS, SO AS TO NOT DISTURB THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
