Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) precludes the Council from taking any action at
this
time. All items within the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine
and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent Calendar (except
the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances,
and approve other items by one motion and one vote. The total time allocated
to this agenda item is within the discretion of the Mayor, but is generally
limited to 15 minutes.
