will be called to order simultaneously.

and give it to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the
left of the Council/Agency). By submitting the speaker’s
card, the Mayor/Chair will recognize you at the appropriate
time. In order to afford all members of the public the opportunity

Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine
by the City Council/Redevelopment Agency and will be enacted
by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category
is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined
by the Mayor/Chairman. If you wish to speak to items on the
Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give
to Council/Agency Volunteer Art Balsamo.
MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the
ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances,
and approve other items.

Vehicle Maintenance Services for the City of Foster
City, Town of Atherton, San Mateo County Narcotics
Task Force, and Town of Woodside

Recommendation:
1. By Motion, approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with the City of Foster
City to increase the hourly rate from $95.21 to $106.21 to cover all salary,
administrative, overhead and operating costs.
2. By Motion, approve Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with the Town of Atherton
to increase the hourly labor rate from $95.21 to $106.21 to cover all salary,
administrative, overhead and operating costs.
3. By Motion, approve Amendment No. 4 to the agreement with the San Mateo County
Narcotics Task Force to increase the hourly labor rate from $95.21 to $106.21
to cover all salary, administrative, overhead and operating costs.
4. By Motion, approve Amendment No. 4 to the agreement with the Town of Woodside
to increase the hourly labor rate from $95.21 to $106.21 to cover all salary,

By Motion, authorize the execution of a maintenance agreement with the Woodside
Fire Protection District for the maintenance and repair of its fire fighting

Approval to reconfirm the Slurry Seal Specification
requirement, which specifies that the newly developed
black-color aggregate material, only, is to be used
for the City’s Slurry Seal projects.

includes the Slurry Seal Technical Specification for black-color aggregate,
