*ATTENTION SPEAKERS: If you wish to address the City Council/Redevelopment Agency please complete a speaker’s card (next to agendas) and give it to Deputy City Clerk (seated to the left of the Council). By submitting the speaker’s card, the Mayor/Chair will recognize you at the appropriate time. In order to afford all members of the public the opportunity to address the City Council/Redevelopment Agency, each speaker will be provided 3 minutes.

Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council/Redevelopment Agency and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor/Chair. If you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give to Deputy City Clerk Dora Wong.

MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.

Award of Contract for the 2005-2006 Street Overlay Project

Recommendation:
By motion, approve the Contract Documents and award the contract for the 2005-2006 Street Overlay Project to the lowest responsible bidder, G. Bortolotto & Co., Inc. of San Carlos, California for their low bid of $887,605.39.

Asphalt Materials Purchase

By motion, amend the agreement with Graniterock Company, of Redwood City, CA for one year ending June 30, 2007, in the not-to-exceed amount of $176,000.00.

Update on General Plan elements - Draft Infrastructure and Water Supply Elements

Recommendation:
Review and discuss concepts in the attached General Plan elements and refer the Elements back to the Planning Commission for continued refinement. This action is only to provide an update and “check-in,” and allow the Council to affirm the direction and approach to these Elements.
