Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine
by the City Council/Redevelopment Agency and will be enacted
by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category
is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined
by the Mayor. If you wish to speak to items on the Consent
Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give to Council
Assistant.
MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the
ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances,
and approve other items.

Approval of Revised Striping Plan to add Bicycle
Lanes on Industrial Way

Recommendation:
By motion, approve a revised land striping plan that includes bicycle lanes
on Industrial Way between Whipple Avenue and the north City limit/San Carlos
border. The revised striping plan will be incorporated as part of the 2005-2006

Recommendation:
City Council authorize the restructure of the payback of the City’s loan
of $750,000 to PAL; adopt a permanent City Council sub-committee to meet biannually
with the PAL Board of Directors to review PAL’s annual budget and summary
of programs; and explore a collaboration between the City’s Finance Department
and PAL to assist with the development of PAL’s financial reports. View
