6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY BOARD
Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine
by the City Council/Redevelopment Agency Board will be enacted
by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category
is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined
by the Mayor/Chair. If you wish to speak to items on the
Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give
it to the Council/Agency Assistant.
MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the
ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances,
and approve other items.

execute an agreement for urban planning services
with Moore Iacofano Goltsman (MIG) for an amount
not to exceed $160,000 for the Fair Oaks Access
and Improvement Study for Community Mobility.

Introduce Ordinance Amending business license ordinance,
section 32.133, to conform to Health and Safety
Code section 1596.803 (b) (2) to exempt small family
day care homes that provide child care for eight
(8) or fewer children, and repealing section 32.154
(Adjustments) as this section has been nullified
by Proposition 218.
