Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it to the Council Assistant.

MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.

Subdivision Agreement – Lincoln Avenue Townhomes (Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, Inc.).

Recommendation:
1. Conduct a public hearing and second reading on adoption of the building codes and water main upgrade ordinances.

Adoption of the 2006 International Fire Code and Local Amendments.

Recommendation:
1. Conduct a public hearing and second reading on the adoption of the fire code ordinance
2. Adopt the fire code ordinance with necessary local amendments and also waive further reading of the full ordinance.

Prezoning of Unincorporated Properties at 343, 357, 367 & 375 Alameda De Las Pulgas to allow Future Annexation.

Recommendation:
1. Introduce an Ordinance to prezone properties located at 343, 357, 367 & 375 Alameda De Las Pulgas to Residential-Single Family (R-1) Zoning District. The City Council must find the prezoning to be in the public interest and adopt the following findings:

• The proposed prezoning is consistent with the General Plan land use designation of Low Density Residential;
• That the proposed annexation will eliminate an isolated unincorporated “pocket” of land;
• That once developed according to the anticipated zoning, the proposed land use pattern will be compatible to the adjoining land uses; and,
• That the right-of-way improvements associated with the proposed annexation will improve the existing infrastructure.
