*ATTENTION SPEAKERS: If you wish to address the City Council, please complete a speaker’s card (next to agendas) and give it to the Deputy City Clerk. By submitting the speaker’s card, the Mayor will recognize you at the appropriate time. In order to afford all members of the public the opportunity to address the City Council, each speaker will be provided 3 minutes.

Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be all as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it to the Deputy City Clerk.
MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.

Public Allies Silicon Valley Agreement for AmeriCorps Service Position at Fair Oaks Community Center.

Recommendation:
Approve by motion and authorize the City Manager to sign the Public Allies Silicon Valley Agreement for Americorps Service Position at Fair Oaks Community Center.

Final Acceptance – Redwood City Recycled Water Project – Phase I – Seaport Distribution System – Bid Package 5 (Seaport Boulevard, Seaport Court, Chesapeake Drive & Herkner Road) Project.

Recommendation:
Accept, by motion, Redwood City Recycled Water Project – Phase I – Seaport Distribution System – Bid Package 5 (Seaport Boulevard, Seaport Court, Chesapeake Drive & Herkner Road) Project, and authorize the release of bonds and the retention according to city procedures.
