6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR
Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council/Redevelopment Agency Board, and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be all as determined by the Mayor/the Chair. If you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it to the Deputy City Clerk/Assistant Agency Secretary.
MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.

Award of Contract – Lower Stulsaft Park Prefabricated Restroom Building Replacement Project.

Recommendation:
Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the contract for the Lower Stulsaft Park Prefabricated Restroom Building Replacement Project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, McNabb Construction, Inc. of Lafayette, for their responsive and responsible low base bid of $144,200.00 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to 10% of the amount awarded if necessary.

Recommendation:
1. Amend the Redwood City Police Budget by resolution, for Fiscal year 08-09 Patrol Services Sub-Program Budget (62131) to include $10,000 for the removal of Abandoned Watercraft.
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE REDWOOD CITY POLICE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009 PATROL SERVICES SUB-PROGRAM BUDGET TO INCLUDE GRANT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000 FOR ABANDONED WATERCRAFT ABATEMENT GRANT FUND PROGRAM

Formation of a “Complete Streets” Advisory Committee (formerly known as the Bike-Pedestrian Committee) to address mobility issues, with an emphasis on traditionally under-represented users.

Recommendation:
Approve by motion the formation of a Redwood City Complete Streets Advisory Committee (Advisory Committee) to increase safe mobility for the Redwood City community with an emphasis on traditionally under-represented users such as bicyclists and pedestrians, choose one of the two proposed levels of scope and duties, and provide direction for next steps.
