Award Contract to Waterworks Industries, Inc. for Redwood Shores Lagoon Aquatic Plant Management and Environmental Engineering Services.

1. Approve by motion a two-year Agreement with WaterWorks Industries, Inc. (WaterWorks) of Windsor, California to provide aquatic plant management and environmental engineering services to the Redwood Shores Lagoon for the amount not to exceed amount of $198,400.00 for each year of Agreement.
2. Authorize the City Manager to amend the Agreement for three additional one-year periods or parts thereof for the not to exceed amount of $198,400.00 per each Amendment period.
