*ATTENTION SPEAKERS: If you wish to address the City Council, please complete a speaker’s card (next to agendas) and give it to the Deputy City Clerk (seated to the left of the Council). By submitting the speaker’s card, the Mayor will recognize you at the appropriate time. In order to afford all members of the public the opportunity to address the City Council, each speaker will be provided 3 minutes.

GROUP INTERVIEWS WITH APPLICANTS FOR MEMBERSHIP ON COUNCIL APPOINTED BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS: HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN COMMITTEE AND SENIOR AFFAIRS COMMISSION.

(Time Allocation: twelve minutes for groups of four)

There might be small deviations from this schedule.

Notes: Applications are available for review at the City Clerk’s Department. Interviews for the Housing and Human Concerns Committee will take place at a later date.
