6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR
Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council/Redevelopment Agency Board, and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor/Chair. If you wish to speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it to the Deputy City Clerk/Deputy Agency Assistant.
MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.

Funding Source for the Pending Supplemental Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund Payment – Redevelopment Agency Board.

Recommendation:
Authorize, by motion, the Executive Director to inform the County Auditor that the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency’s (“Agency”) Supplemental Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund (“SERAF”) payment of $3,562,576 for FY 2009/10, which if required, will be paid from the Agency’s housing and general fund.

Request for Construction Contract Increase –Master Water Replacement Project.

Recommendation:
Authorize, by motion, the City Manager to increase the amount of the contract previously awarded to D&D Pipelines, Inc., up to 15% necessary to complete the construction of the Master Water Meter Replacement Project (Redwood Shores Apartments and Harborside Apartments).

Recommendation:
Approve, by motion, an agreement with Nor-Cal Pipeline Services of Yuba City to provide closed circuit television (“CCTV”) inspection services of Sanitary Sewer Basin Nos. A05 and B06 for an amount not to exceed $119,560.05 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to 10% if necessary.

Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the contract for construction of the Redwood City Recycled Water Project – Distribution Pump Station Capacity Increase project to the lowest responsible bidder, Spiess Construction Co., Inc., of Santa Maria, for their responsive and responsible low bid of $1,329,446.17 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to 10% if necessary.
