CALL TO ORDER - 7:36 p.m.

1. PUBLIC COMMENT - None

2. PUBLIC HEARING

A. General Improvement District No 1-64 Assessment Roll, 1999/2000

Financial Services Manager Somers explained the process of assessing the roll. She indicated all Appeal applications must be received by September 15, 1999 by 5:00 p.m. The Appeal hearing will be held on December 6, 1999, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Hall Council Chamber, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City.

Mayor Howard opened the public hearing.

M/S Ruskin/Ira to close the public hearing. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote.

M/S Ruskin/Ira to accept the equalized assessment roll for the General Improvement District 1-64 for the 1999/00 Fiscal Year. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote, with Director Hartnett absent.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A) Approve the Minutes of the Board of Equalization meeting of December 7, 1998 as submitted.

M/S Ruskin/Ira to approve the minutes. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote.
