2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A. M/S Howard/Hartnett to approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of March 27th, 2000 as submitted. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present.

    1. Rolison Road Land Transfer (Peninsula Habitat for Humanity):

      M/S Howard/Hartnett RESOLUTION RD 00-39 OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OF CONVEYANCE FROM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY TO PENINSULA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED OF CONVEYANCE.

      The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present.

      M/S Howard/Hartnett to adopt RESOLUTION RD 00-40 OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RIGHT OF ENTRY TO PENINSULA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC. (ROLISON ROAD AND HAVEN AVENUE).

      The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present.


  2. Amendment to Irvine Apartment Communities (IAC) Franklin Street Area Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) Schedule of Performance Steps 11, 12, 13, and 16;

    Planning and Redevelopment Manager Church explained this action extends the time for the developer to make an election to proceed on the Disposition and Development Agreement from the end of April to the beginning of June, approximately 30 days.

    M/S Howard/Pierce to adopt RESOLUTION RD 00-41 OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH IRVINE APARTMENT COMMUNITIES, L.P., FOR THE FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT.

    The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present.

5. CLOSED SESSION - None scheduled

6. ADJOURNMENT - 10:25 p.m.

M/S Howard/Hartnett to adjourn the meeting in memory of Arvin Robert Jones, Jr., brother of Redwood City Housing Coordinator Debbi Jones-Thomas. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present.
