2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. M/S Howard/Hartnett to approve the Minutes of the last closed session and regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of April 24th, 2000 as submitted. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote.

3. GENERAL
- Agreement for Public Information Consulting Services for the Proposed Downtown Retail - Cinema Project:
Economic Development Coordinator Webb explained in September 1999 an RFP was sent out requesting professional services assistance with a system of public information and communication during the hearings of the downtown retail cinema project. Two proposals were received and in November, Gallagher and Associates was hired. The resolution is to allow Gallagher Associates to continue services for the duration of the hearings on the project (EIR public review period to be held in June).
- M/S Hartnett/Claire to adopt RESOLUTION RD 00-42 OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND GALLAGHER ASSOCIATES FOR PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC INFORMATION SERVICES.
The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Agency Member Ira abstaining and Agency Member Jordan absent.

5. ADJOURNMENT - 8:15 p.m.
M/S Howard/Claire to adjourn the meeting back to the regular Council Meeting. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present.
