4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. M/S Howard/Pierce to Approve the minutes of the last Redevelopment Meeting of January 22, 2001 as submitted;

The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote.5. CONSENT - None
6. GENERAL
- Fifth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2;
Redevelopment Manager Church explained the item for consideration.
M/S Howard/Pierce to adopt RESOLUTION RD-62 OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL, FORWARDING THE FIFTH AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED FIFTH AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT #2;
The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote.
- Agreement for Management and Consulting Services for the Community Development Services Deparment;
City Manager Everett explained that Mr. Liedstrand would be assisting with the Downtown Area Plan, oversight of the General Plan and management of the department.
M/S Claire/Ira to adopt CONCURRENT RESOLUTION RD-63 OF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND REDEVELOPMENT CONSULTING (Bruce W. Liedstrand/Liedstrand Associates);
