4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -
- M/S Howard/Pierce to Approve the Minutes of the last Redevelopment Meeting of July 30, 2001 as submitted, The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present.
5. CONSENT - None
6. GENERAL -
- Historic Building Survey;
City Manager Everett explained that the Redevelopment Agency is seeking approval to enter into a contract for the preparation of an Historic Building Survey in the amount of $17,855.00 (Carey & Co.) to determine the mitigations necessary if the front part of the Courthouse were removed.
M/S Howard/Pierce to enter into the contract for the HBS in the amount of $17,855.00 (Carey & Co.). The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present.
