Professional services
Agreement with DES Architects & Engineers for the preparation
of Construction Documents for the Restoration of the Historic Courthouse;

M/S Hartnett/Pierce to
approve an agreement for Delegation of Project Management Authority
between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and
the City of Redwood City; and to approve an agreement with DES Architects
& Engineers for the preparation of construction documents for
the Restoration of the Historic Courthouse Project, and authorize
Phase I of the work in an amount not to exceed $54,000 (DES);
