Strategic Plan & Annual Report
Strategic Plan Adopted June 22, 2009; affirmed November 23, 2009; revised February 22, 2010
Under the leadership of the City Council, Redwood City's strategic planning process includes an approved Strategic Plant that helps to guide the Council's policy-making and the organization's service delivery. This document, along with Strategic Initiatives Update and Annual Report, provides for a more informed and in-depth annual discussion of how best to accomplish the City's strategic goals.
- The Redwood City Strategic Plan, which includes an overview of the City's Core Purpose and Values, identified Core Services, and the City's Strategic Initiatives and Strategic Goals, which translate into day-to-day work on behalf of the community.
- The Strategic Initiatives Update for Fiscal Year 2009/2010 offers a status report on the Initiatives goals, objectives, and progress.
- The Redwood City Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2010/2011, in which each City department offers a mission overview, key accomplishments, a selection of innovations implemented and notable performance indicators, some departmental “facts and figures,” and a look at some of the significant initiatives that each department will be undertaking in the subsequent fiscal year. .
