Digital Lab Classes: Global Game Jam Jr. at the Library

Join 25,000 people all over the world in the 2015 Global Game Jam. Design games start to finish in one day! No programming experience necessary - we'll teach you! Photography Class, Wednesdays and Saturdays
Second Floor Digital Lab
Sessions are stand-alone or can be taken as a series, drop-ins welcome. All teens grades 6th-12th welcome.

Week 1 Session, PhotoShop: Introduction to Using PhotoShop
Teaching how to open/save and edit basic colors as well as introducing the tools that are mainly used in PhotoShop

Week 2 Session, PhotoShop: Basic Manipulation of Photos
Combine photos together as well as altering family photos or fixing facial insecurities

Week 3 Session, PhotoShop: Learn how to fix skin and learn advanced feathering to give model-like skin

Be a Teen Volunteer!

You can earn community service hours and do things like:

  • Help the Library Teen Council:
    1. create posters and flyers
    2. plan events for teens
    3. run events for teens
  • Help maintain the library collection
  • Lead teen programs
