FREE Redwood City Neighborhood Liaison Workshop:“Tips for Effective Meeting Facilitation”
Redwood City, CA - October 12, 2010 - The Redwood City Neighborhood Liaison Program announces a practical and informative workshop for residents: “Tips for Effective Meeting Facilitation.” This FREE workshop will provide participants with great tools for managing group dynamics and interactions in a variety of settings – home, office, neighborhood groups, associations – anywhere there are people meeting!

This workshop, conducted by professional staff of the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC), will cover a variety of techniques and practices that will give participants new, useful skills. Each participant will also receive take-away reference materials, and a certificate of completion. Participating in this workshop will be a great addition to anyone’s resume.
The workshop’s key benefits include:
- Tips on how to make meetings more effective;
- Skills for managing group member interactions;
- Using communications skills in group settings;
- Opportunities to practice facilitation skills;
