Please fill out this Redwood City Fitness & Health Survey and enter to win $250 in cash funded by donations!
Redwood City’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department (PRCS) champions the ‘fitness and health’ mission for the entire community. PRCS will add an array of educational resources to its current program offering in support of healthy lifestyle habits for RWC residents and employees of city firms.
To guide this initiative, PRCS wants to learn more about the interests and priorities of the adult community regarding fitness and health. We invite you to respond to a survey on this topic. Respondents will be entered in a drawing for a $250 cash prize to be awarded in time for holiday shopping! Please click on the following link to complete the survey http://www.peopleassets2.net/prcs_fit_survey.html
We thank you in advance for taking the time to complete our survey and helping to create a healthy lifestyle for our community! |
