17th Annual Redwood City Art Contest
sponsored by the Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission

The Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission held its 17th Annual Art Contest Awards Ceremony on April 30 at the Veterans Memorial Senior Center. Mayor Rosanne Foust as well as the Civic Cultural Commissioners presented trophies to the first, second and third place winners for grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grade.

This year's theme was: Redwood City: Keep It Green! Keep It Clean and more than 1,100 entries were received from students of Redwood City public and private schools. Awards were split into two categories this year- Public & Private Schools for "Highest percentage of entries entries by school student body". Public School winner was Clifford School and the Private School award was Redeemer Lutheran. |
