Liz Wolfe
Monday, January 14, 2008
7:00-8:30pm
Community Activities Building |
Kindergarten has changed since you were in school, and this is your chance for a preview of what your child will experience during his first year of school. Learn about strategies used by the Redwood City School District to give your children the building blocks they need to move successfully through the primary grades and beyond. A panel of kindergarten teachers representing several schools in
the Redwood City School District will describe what the first few days of kindergarten are like, what your child will learn during the year, and how you can prepare them for a productive and happy first year of school. You will have a chance to ask questions of the panel and assistant superintendent Liz Wolfe. For more information, call Naomi Hunter at 650.423.2282.
There will be a presentation in spanish on
Thursday, January 24, 7:00-8:30pm
