This event will include a series of “stations” to teach important aspects of cycling safety. Participants will have their bicycles inspected and will learn and practice bicycle handling skills that are intended to increase their enjoyment of cycling while keeping them safe. Lifeline Medical Alert Service: Helping You Live Independently at Home

Mills Peninsula Lifeline coordinator, Jessica Castro, will discuss the medical alert service that summons help in an emergency when activated by pushing a small button worn on a necklace or wristband. A question and answer session and self-evaluation will follow.
