Wake up every muscle in your body while tiring out your toddler! This p.e.-style class encourages adults and kids to play together using ageappropriate games that introduce children to exercise. Little ones will learn basic sports skills from jumping and running to throwing and kicking a ball. Older children will build upon what they already know. Parents perform kickboxing drills and core-strength movements. EVERYONE GETS A SERIOUS WORKOUT. Make sure to bring a mat and water for you and your child/ren.
